The Protegee will have the exposure in the following areas:

- To assist in the Marketing and Channel Management Unit’s day to day operations which includes (but not limited to) coordinating request for review on campaign T&C, marketing visuals between HLBB counterparts, HLISB stakeholders and Marcomm
- To assist in campaign communication to branches and regions
- To assist in preparing sign up gifts and other materials to assist branches and regions in the roadshows and events
- To assist in matters such as managing the invoices from vendors, getting the necessary approvals and forwarding them to Finance for payment
- To assist in the Marketing Unit’s document housekeeping
- Candidate will be exposed to the Marketing support function in retail banking and will be exposed to the end to end aspects of product campaigns (raising EAR, crafting T&Cs, setting up the promotional materials) and liaising with other stakeholders in HLISB, Marcomm and counterparts from HLBB.
- Perform additional projects/tasks upon request.
Eligibility
- A Malaysian nationality
- An undergraduate from a local or overseas university currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or a diploma in a related discipline
- Good academic record
- Fluent in oral as well as written English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal skills
- Passionate and have a keen interest in Islamic banking and its related businesses
- A basic monthly allowance is provided.
