Job Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst - Pro Services serves as a key operational partner to Lowe's Pro Outside Sales organization, supporting programs, systems, and processes that enable sales teams to operate efficiently and effectively. This role plays a critical part in coordinating sales operations, managing key Pro programs, and supporting onboarding and enablement efforts for new and existing sales associates.
Working cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, communications, and corporate partners, the Sales Operations Analyst helps ensure seamless execution of Pro initiatives, operational processes, and customer programs. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, operational discipline, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Program Support
- Serve as operational support for the Pro Outside Sales and LPS sales teams, helping ensure tools, systems, and resources are in place for sales teams to operate effectively.
- Partner with sales leadership to support execution of ProServices programs and initiatives, ensuring processes are clearly communicated and executed across teams.
- Coordinate with internal partners to support sales enablement, training initiatives, and operational improvements that enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and workflows to drive operational efficiency.
Program Ownership & Execution
- Serve as Program Owner for the Customer Managed Account Rebate Program, overseeing program operations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Manage program-related communications, documentation, and coordination across internal stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Communications, and Finance to support execution of key Pro initiatives and events.
Sales Onboarding & Enablement
- Act as a case manager for onboarding new Outside Sales Associates, ensuring timely coordination of system access, training resources, and onboarding processes.
- Work with internal teams to ensure new hires have the tools, documentation, and system access needed to be successful from day one.
- Support development and distribution of training resources, documentation, and enablement materials for sales teams.
Operational Support & Issue Resolution
- Manage the shared support mailbox, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting the sales organization.
- Troubleshoot operational or system-related issues and coordinate with appropriate partners to resolve them.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams on program processes, system usage, and operational workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal partners across the organization including Marketing, Merchandising, Communications, HR, Finance, and Store Operations to support Pro initiatives.
- Assist with coordination of customer events, promotions, and sales engagement activities that support business development efforts.
- Support communication and alignment between field sales teams and corporate partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, program management, or a related analytical/support role
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales organizations or field-based teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Strong Excel or data analysis skills
- Experience coordinating programs, processes, or onboarding initiatives
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
