Propulsion Engineer

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop incoming engine workscopes that meet customer needs, adhering to contract requirements
• Work cross functionally with quality and design engineers to ensure that new processes achieve established metrics
• Provide technical responses and recommendations to customers as well as internal business units
• Support and meet production schedules and quality initiatives all within budget boundaries
• Investigate hardware and work closely with design engineering to resolve hardware issues
• Promote and build a positive working relationship with all members of the site
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in computer skill and MS Office

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or institution and 3+ years of jet propulsion manufacturing and/or engineering experience (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of propulsion manufacturing and/or engineering experience)
