Proposition Management Intern

We are looking for a Home Access Intern to join our Proposition Management team within the Group Technology department. 

The Proposition Management team is responsible for: 

• Managing a strong product & services innovation pipeline. 

• Leading the projects to create and integrate new products and services in our alarm. 

• Understanding how these new products and services will evolve the positioning of our company, the sales proposition, the sales process and the resulting economics. 

Job Description  

• Deep dive into our Home Access product strategy to identify new business opportunities and contribute to innovation management. 

• Collaborate closely with the Group Proposition Management Director and a dynamic cross-functional and international team to explore and shape the future of front-door access solutions in Europe and Latam .  

• Research diverse housing types, existing lock systems, intercom technologies, and in-home wiring setups to help define innovative, user-friendly ways to manage doorbell calls and remote door access.  

• Work closely with teams from multiple countries, expanding your global perspective. 

This role will require determination to deeply understand: 

• Our business model 

• Our products 

• The different types of homes, accesses, locks, intercoms, etc. existing across the different European and Latam countries 

• Our Go To Market  (field sales with simple installation) 

• Our service to customers 

• Among other, this role will be responsible for: 

• Researching the market, competition, consumer habits, etc. 

• Defining tools to support this research 

• Analyzing data from different research sources 

• Interviewing local experts, architects, locksmiths, intercom installers,… 

• Preparing conclusions based on the analisys and interviews 

• Additionally, he/she may work with the rest of the Proposition Management team in other projects 

• The position will be based in Madrid (Spain) with Pan European travel expected
