About the Role
As the Director of Proposition in APAC, you will be responsible for helping to define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) suite.
Reporting to the VP of Proposition, APAC, you will understand the needs of our customers - and develop relationships with influential clients. You will champion our offering in the market and demonstrate our expertise through market facing engagements.
You will be responsible for understanding our business performance against ambitious goals and be able to identify risks and opportunities.
You Will:
Be responsible for growing regional FCC (Banking, Non-Banking Financial) persona-based revenue
Develop and optimize our capabilities to help customers address challenges throughout the financial crime compliance lifecycle
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization including product, partners, sales, marketing, legal, and commercial policy in order to develop and execute proposition initiatives
Participate in internal and external thought leadership and facilitate the creation of marketing collateral
Conduct regional business analysis and advise the Head of FCC Proposition on trends to guide strategy and planning
You Have:
12+ years of a proven, successful track record in either sales or product management in the risk and compliance space and a vision for addressing emerging client requirements, not addressed by incumbents in the market
The ability to be an entrepreneur while simultaneously leading through influence in a matrixed, multi-cultural environment
Been successful in managing projects/programs from inception to completion through effective communication, collaboration, shared goals, and trust
A demonstrated a commitment to being highly reliable, responsible, and accountable for group and individual goals.
Keen problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate issues and conflicts and make timely decisions that benefit both the customer and the business
