Role Objective:
The Real Estate Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable properties as per the organization’s requirements. The role includes market research, property scouting, building broker/owner relationships, and coordinating site visits and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Source residential/commercial properties through direct owners, brokers, and online/offline channels.
Maintain a strong network with brokers, landlords, and developers for off-market opportunities.
Conduct site visits, due diligence, and gather relevant property documents.
Analyze property location, pricing, legal status, and potential for acquisition or lease.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to verify ownership and resolve documentation issues.
Maintain a property sourcing database with regular updates on leads and pipeline status.
Track real estate market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor inventory.
Attend property expos, broker meets, and network-building events.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in any field.
2–5 years of real estate sourcing, channel sales, or acquisition experience.
Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel locally for site visits and meetings.
Working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, or real estate platforms.
