Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promover y vender productos de manera efectiva en tiendas del canal moderno como The Home Depot, Sodimac, Sears, Liverpool, siguiendo las estrategias y directrices establecidas.
- Desarrollar un conocimiento profundo de los productos y sus características para brindar información precisa y persuasiva a los clientes.
- Establecer una comunicación directa y de servicio con usuarios finales y clientes, proporcionando un excelente servicio y garantizando la selección de nuestros productos.
- Realizar demostraciones de productos para resaltar sus beneficios y funcionamiento, fomentando así las ventas y generando interés en los clientes potenciales.
- Mantener y organizar adecuadamente el inventario y el material promocional, asegurando una presentación impecable de los productos en el piso de venta.
- Recopilar y reportar información sobre el mercado, la competencia y las tendencias de consumo para proporcionar retroalimentación valiosa a la gerencia de marketing y al equipo de ventas.
- Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo de ventas para implementar estrategias y lograr los objetivos establecidos.
- Participar en para compartir mejores prácticas, recibir capacitación y mantenerse actualizado sobre productos y técnicas de ventas.
- Realización de activaciones, así como ejecución de planes promocionales como concursos, rifas, canjes, lanzamientos, garantizando la correcta implementación, así como el seguimiento y retroalimentación de los avances.
Experience required:
- Experiencia previa como promotor o atención a clientes, deseable en el sector ferretero o automotriz.
- Colocación de material punto de venta.
- Experiencia en ventas (deseable)

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para adaptarse a diferentes tipos de clientes.
- Orientación al logro de objetivos y habilidades para cerrar ventas.
- Capacidad para trabajar eficientemente de manera independiente y en equipo.
- Aprendizaje rápido y voluntad de adquirir conocimientos sobre nuevos productos, marketing y promoción de productos.
- Actitud entusiasta y positiva, con habilidades para establecer relaciones y generar empatía con los clientes.
- Buena organización y habilidades básicas en el manejo de inventarios y materiales de promoción.
- Disponibilidad para viajar y trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos, según sea necesario.
