Summary
Under the direction of the Promotions Manager, is responsible for the planning, development, coordination and execution of promotional events and activations for assigned casino property. This position leads from concept to execution ensuring each event is delivered accurately and in alignment with the property objectives and brand standards. Collaborates closely with departments and vendors for logistical and operational elements. This position plays a key role in creating exciting guest experiences and engagement that strengthen brands, drives visitation and enhances guest loyalty.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Leads the planning, development, coordination and execution of promotional events and activations for property from concept through on-site execution.
* Develop promotional plans that may include proformas, timelines, logistics, ensuring operational staffing, budget and marketing requirements are coordinated and delivered on schedule.
* Build and execute promotions within systems ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and adherence to established internal controls.
* Coordinates prizes, décor, marketing collateral, vendors and other elements to deliver a polished and memorable experience.
* Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors/partners to ensure seamless preparation.
* Lead on-site promotional events, including guest engagements, prize distribution, public speaking and real-time resolution.
* Manage payouts, cash handling, with accuracy and accountability with adherence to established policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records, confidential documents including rules, giveaway documentation, prize logs, calendars and related reports.
* Ensure confidentiality on all promotions. Adhere to regulatory standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements. 
* Monitor and analyze promotion performance and participation data, producing post-event insights that support continuous improvement.
* Stay informed on industry and competitor trends to keep promotional concepts fresh, innovative, and competitive

* Collaborate across property departments to create memorable guest experiences that elevate the brand and drive traffic.
* Confidently conduct public speaking during special events, serving as emcee when needed by delivering clear, engaging, and energetic announcements that enhance the guest experience.
* Responsible for the enforcement of all applicable regulations, under the code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, as it pertains to this position. This includes, but is not limited to, observing and reporting suspicious activity, of either customers or employees, as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations.
* Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, by attending Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering training, provided by Casino Arizona, at least once a year or more if required by management and outlined in the Title 31 Minimum Internal Controls.


Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, event management or advertising strongly preferred. Three (3) or more years’ progressive experience in promotions, entertainment, marketing or special events required. Three (3) or more years’ experience in casino environment strongly preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and related casino environment experience.


Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent PC skills; must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook).  A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with Casino Marketplace and CRM system or promotional system preferred.

* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple logistics, timelines, vendors, and competing priorities.
* Demonstrated confidence, sound judgment, and initiative to make decisions, resolve issues, and take ownership with minimal supervision.
* Ability to anticipate needs, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure projects are executed accurately and successfully.
* Must have strong writing and public speaking skills, and be comfortable speaking and engaging with guests on the microphone or stage.
* Excellent communications skills are required.
* Must be a team player and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Must present a well-groomed appearance.


Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Bilingual speakers preferred.

Skills Required

  • High school diploma or GED
