Directs all Poker Room operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, patron service, gaming compliance, security, promotions, tournaments, and fraud prevention. Supervises managers and coordinators, recruits and develops employees, maintains policies and procedures, manages purchases and promotional funds, and coordinates with casino departments. Ensures compliance with gaming regulations, Title 31, anti-money-laundering requirements, and Poker Tournament Directors Association rules while maximizing profitability and operational efficiency.

Supervises recruitment staff and supports the Recruitment Manager in managing employment-center activities. Oversees applicant sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, background checks, hiring-manager coordination, applicant tracking system usage, and recruitment reporting. Researches labor markets, builds sourcing relationships, supports Tribal Member recruitment, and maintains confidentiality. Provides coaching and professional development support to team members and community employees.

Leads the Human Resources function, overseeing HR operations, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HRIS, workforce analytics, engagement, and talent development. Partners with organizational leaders to manage risk, improve processes, support workforce planning, and ensure consistent delivery of HR programs. Supervises multiple HR disciplines, develops HR professionals, promotes succession planning, and advances employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Leads an enterprise portfolio of strategic, operational, technology, capital, and compliance initiatives across multiple gaming properties and departments. Establishes project governance, manages scope, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, and executive reporting. Advises the CEO and executive leadership, directs Program Managers, leads organizational change, supports continuous improvement, and ensures projects deliver measurable business results while meeting regulatory and organizational requirements.

Develops financial plans, forecasts, budgets, analytical reports, and decision models. Analyzes financial performance, trends, contracts, promotions, business assumptions, risks, and opportunities. Performs cost-benefit and breakeven analyses while partnering with management across the organization. Requires strong financial modeling, accounting software, Power BI, and SQL capabilities.

Coordinate and execute casino promotions and special events, maintain promotional calendars and documentation, assist with budget/invoice processing and vendor coordination, support on-floor guest engagement and emcee duties, handle promotional funds and Title 31 compliance, and assist with event setup/tear-down and cross-department collaboration.
