Detailed Description:
- Manage and maintain the internal company store for promotional items
- Create artwork and design materials for promotional products
- Oversee ordering and replenishment of promotional inventory
- Maintain relationships with promotional vendors and suppliers
- Track and manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics across all company locations
- Support and promote promotional items across internal departments and stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute new promotional initiatives
- Research and stay informed on upstream oil & gas industry trends
- Ensure timely delivery and distribution of promotional materials
- Maintain organized records of inventory, orders, and vendor communications
- Participate in all required meetings, training, and development activities
- Ability to communicate, including the ability to read, write, and speak English and promptly follow verbal and written directions in English
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Strong creative skills with the ability to develop promotional artwork
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:
