Manages the Purchasing team, supplier performance, negotiations, quality-system compliance, shortages, inventory risks, ERP planning processes, and supply chain KPIs. A high school diploma or GED and prior billing experience are required; SAP familiarity and an associate degree are preferred.

Leads controls and automation engineering, manages Field Engineers and technical resources, and oversees PLC, HMI, communications, power, generator, drilling, marine, and BESS systems. Owns sustaining support for Wrench and Catwalk, including issue triage, hot-fix deployment, troubleshooting, and release coordination. The Derrickhand manages mud systems, maintaining equipment, overseeing crew members, and assisting with drilling operations under supervision. Responsibilities include inspecting machinery and ensuring safety protocols are followed while working in high industrial environments.

The HR Manager administers HR programs, advises leaders and employees, manages employee relations and complex workplace investigations, and supports talent development, succession planning, onboarding, compliance, retention, and organizational planning. The role requires strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, confidentiality, communication, coaching, and cross-functional partnership. Frequent travel to remote work sites may be required.

Lead end-to-end supply chain activities for manufacturing: procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management. Develop sourcing strategies, KPIs, and contingency plans; partner cross-functionally to align material availability with production. Use ERP/MRP and analytics to optimize inventory, reduce cost, and drive continuous improvement while hiring and developing supply chain staff.

Supports last-mile logistics operations by validating deliveries, processing invoices, coordinating with carriers and vendors, resolving payment discrepancies, maintaining service-level reports, and identifying process improvements. The role collaborates with Accounts Payable, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payments.
