The Senior Technical Recruiter partners with business leaders to recruit technical talent. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting, building talent networks, consulting on hiring strategies, and improving recruitment practices.

Manage daily rig operations, supervise and train crew, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, plan maintenance and rig moves, minimize downtime, liaise with customers and company leadership, and complete operational reporting and housekeeping.

Lead technical design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of PLC-based rig automation and robotic systems. Define control architectures, PLC software frameworks, machine sequencing, multi-machine coordination, and interfaces. Provide hands-on PLC programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, and field support while leading and mentoring a team, establishing standards, and supporting fleet-wide automation rollouts and continuous improvement.

Lead forecasting, supply and logistics planning to ensure on-time deliveries and cost efficiency. Use digital tools, AI/ML, and real-time job data to optimize supplies, monitor suppliers, adjust forecasts, and support field operations. Train and advise engineers, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop improved workflows and machine-learning tools for the supply chain control tower.

Lead HSE performance and field support for multiple drilling rigs across the Permian Basin. Manage and develop HSE Advisors, conduct inspections, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Drive policy compliance, data-driven reporting, staffing recommendations, customer relationships, and field training while maintaining consistent on-site presence and safety leadership.

Lead RFP and proposal efforts: analyze RFP/RFI requirements, write tailored technical proposals for oil and gas projects, collaborate with Sales/Engineering/Commercial/Operations, maintain reusable content library, ensure compliance with client and brand requirements, and manage proposal processes and deadlines.

Manage the company promotional store, design artwork for promotional products, oversee inventory and vendor relationships, coordinate logistics and distribution, support internal promotional initiatives, and maintain organized records while collaborating with stakeholders.

Lead and supervise HSE Advisors to ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety and environmental requirements for drilling operations. Conduct audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and reporting. Provide coaching, mentor staff, manage case follow-ups, and drive corrective actions to reduce incidents and improve safety performance in remote, heavy-industrial drilling environments.

Support and execute oilfield pumping operations while following SOPs and DOT rules. Coordinate rig-up/rig-down, supervise crew, handle field ticketing, prepare job reports, communicate equipment status, and transport heavy equipment. Participate in safety meetings and mentor team members.

Process and generate accurate customer invoices, verify billing details, maintain and update billing accounts, submit invoices via portals/B2B, resolve billing inquiries, collaborate with internal teams, ensure documentation compliance, support process improvements, and perform related billing duties.

Support and execute oilfield pumping operations, coordinate rig-up/rig-down, supervise crew, handle field ticketing, transport equipment, maintain safety and SOP compliance, communicate equipment status, and prepare job reports.

Assemble and load perforating guns, maintain explosives inventory and clean shop, drive equipment to job sites, follow safety/QHSE procedures, attend safety meetings, operate forklifts/man-lifts, and perform assigned duties per company and customer policies.

Manage trucking and transportation operations for NexTier: enforce DOT and safety compliance, optimize fleet utilization and costs, ensure on-time deliveries, hire and manage drivers/dispatch staff, monitor KPIs, and maintain transportation documentation.

Operate and drive to field sites, rig-up/rig-down wireline equipment, assist gun loading, perform basic field repairs and inspections, submit driving and inspection records, and follow safety and operational procedures.

Supervise and train quality control inspectors, perform receiving, in-process, NDT, and final inspections, resolve inspection and production issues, develop inspection processes, partner with manufacturing and quality teams to address nonconforming material, and promote continuous improvement and safety.

The Field Electronic Technician 3 performs maintenance, mentors less experienced technicians, and ensures safety compliance in oilfield equipment operations.

The Mobile Full Stack Developer designs and maintains mobile applications using Flutter and Python, collaborates with teams, and optimizes app performance.

Support product design, development, and testing under guidance. Prepare sketches, layouts, and basic calculations. Provide production support to machining and assembly, develop engineering documentation, and collaborate with production teams.

Manage procurement strategy and execution for steel and fabrication materials, source and negotiate vendors, process purchase orders, mitigate long-lead risks, expedite critical items, align with engineering and project teams, mentor junior buyers, and maintain material visibility and cost control to support rig construction schedules.

Coordinate operations on sand pads, ensuring safety compliance, equipment maintenance, and truck placement for pressure pumping operations. Assist in maintaining pad cleanliness and managing safety performance.
