The Business Solutions Manager for ATR is responsible for enhancing processes and technology, aligning efficiency metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders on cross-functional projects.

The Lab Manager oversees the Chemistry lab operations, including training, inventory management, compliance, and safety while supporting research initiatives.

The Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition oversees recruiting operations, optimizes processes using Oracle Recruiting Cloud, manages projects, and provides data-driven insights. This role emphasizes strategic collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.

The HSE Advisor oversees HSE activities, promotes safety culture, conducts training, ensures compliance, and provides support in the drilling industry.

Operate and maintain drilling fluid (mud) systems: measure mud weight/viscosity, mix chemicals, maintain pumps, shakers and tanks. Steady and guide pipe during connections, inspect and perform preventive maintenance on rig equipment, supervise Floorhands/Motorhand, follow Mud Engineer/Driller instructions, perform housekeeping, and work at heights and in harsh outdoor conditions on a 14/14 rotational schedule.

Maintain and repair rig power systems and equipment (generators, SCR/VFD, hydraulics, electrical), perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections, oversee and train Floorhands, assist Derrickhand and Driller, handle material off-loading (forklift), perform rig up/rig down and housekeeping, complete maintenance logs, and follow safety procedures in remote, rotational drilling operations.

Monitor and optimize hydraulic fracturing treatments in real time, provide technical support, perform QA/QC on incoming data, manage end-of-stage ticketing, monitor equipment parameters, run frac diagnostics and stimulation modeling, and drive digital integration, automation, and business-intelligence improvements while maintaining strong customer relationships and compliance with safety policies.

Sell MSD products and services by developing customer relationships, prospecting, creating proposals and presentations, coordinating with Operations and other teams, representing the company at industry events, and managing accounts, invoices, and customer feedback to drive sales growth in well servicing.

Process and generate accurate customer invoices, maintain billing accounts, verify billing details, submit invoices via portals/B2B, resolve billing inquiries, collaborate with internal teams, and support billing process improvements.
