WIE DEIN ARBEITSALLTAG AUSSEHEN WIRD
Vorbereitung & Begleitung von CM-Transaktionen
- Zusammenarbeit, Koordination und Unterstützung der lokalen Teams bei allen Backoffice-Prozessen innerhalb der Transaktionsabläufe
- Projekt-Opportunities in Salesforce gemäß den internen Vorgaben selbständig anlegen und die detaillierten Prozessschritte im System vollständig bearbeiten und koordinieren (z.B. KYC, AML, Project ID, Contract ID, Client ID, Objektdaten
- Interne Kick-off-Termine zum Vermarktungsstart
- Einholen der Transaktionsunterlagen bei Deal Captains und Kunden
- Erstellen der Vorlagen für Kundenanschreiben und Reminder
- Versenden der Marktansprache über ein Mailingstool
- Pflege des Investor Centers (interner Datenraum mit ersten Transaktionsinformationen)
- Koordination des NDA-Prozesses inkl. Eigentümer-Kommunikation bei Mark-Ups
- Pflege der Kundenantworten im Reporting
- Selbstständiges einholen, nachhalten von Behördenauskünfte deutschlandweit
- Erstellen von regelmäßigen Reportings auf Grundlage von Capforce
- Vermarktungsanzeigen auf ImmoScout24 erstellen
Projekt- & Systempflege (Capforce)
- Anstoßen und Koordinieren der KYC-/AML-Anfragen mit Compliance (Shared Service Center)
- Contract-ID-Verwaltung, AVAs, Exklusivitätsvereinbarungen
- Anlage und Pflege des CRM Systems
- Prüfung und Aktualisierung von Projektstatus (Stages)
Dein Profil:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder im Bankensektor oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium, gerne mit Immobilienschwerpunkt
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich in der Immobilienbranche
- Verständnis für Immobiliengeschäfte, idealerweise im Investment und die damit einhergehenden Prozesse
- Interesse an und Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber dem Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
- Souveräner Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (argo.web, Salesforce oder vergleichbarem)
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, souveränes Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an einem flexiblen und dynamischen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Skills Required
- Completed vocational training or university degree (preferably real estate or banking)
- Several years' experience in an assistant role within the real estate industry
- Understanding of real estate transactions, ideally investment processes
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Proficient use of CRM systems (argo.web, Salesforce or similar)
- Experience with Capforce and regular reporting from the system
- Experience creating marketing listings (e.g., ImmoScout24) and using mailing tools
- Strong hands-on mentality, confident manner, team player in a dynamic environment
- Very good German and English written and spoken
- Interest and openness to using artificial intelligence
