Location: REMOTE
Description: The Judge Group is seeking a Workday Project Manager for a remote 4 month contract opportunity to support a Workday Functionality implementation.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and partnering with the HR team to ensure effective Organizational Change Management for the implementation of and process changes for Workday.
• Support process design documentation, and change management to enable new Workday functionality implementation.
• Partners with the tech team to identify differences between current processes and new processes, ensure appropriate documentation is developed and communicated.
• Support Workday roadmap for 2022
• Presenting to the executive team, management, and non-management employees.
• Provide training and support at all facilities for Workday go-live and/or process changes and coordinate resources for appropriate training.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of proven project management
• 4+ years of business requirements gathering, and process design experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Workday
• Experience within Workday including but not limited to Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits
• PMP Certification is a plus
