Currently, we’re looking for a Warehouse Project Manager to join our Warehouse Operations team. The Elevate Brands Operations Team is the critical last step of our Supply Chain and a crucial link in driving growth across our rapidly growing private label brand portfolio. We coordinate with several freight and warehousing providers in the US and abroad to ensure that our products are always available to our customers on all our sales channels.

As a Warehouse Project Manager, you will be a key contributor to both the day to day and long-term efficiencies of our warehouse operations. It’s never boring in Ops, and a new opportunity to improve departmental performance will present itself almost every day. Your primary responsibility will be to support the department VP in capitalizing on those opportunities. You will also be a liaison to the other departments within Supply Chain to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks during the handoff of inventory or information from them to us.


What you’ll do as a Warehouse Project Manager:

-Develop and iterate on reporting templates and dashboards to track department data and performance
-Project manage various departmental improvement initiatives as they arise. Develop processes, coordinate efforts with team members, and push across the finish line.
-Oversee our entire reverse logistics operation, manage our team of Reverse Logistics Associates, and drive cost reduction and efficiency in all aspects of the operation
-Work daily with our Supply Chain team to ensure sufficient product inventories are in place in all marketplaces
-Assist with review and reporting of warehouse inventory balances


What the ideal candidate looks like:


-As our ideal candidate, you have a knack for translating insights into action and driving clarity and consensus around decisions. You also possess strong interpersonal skills, high-level strategic thinking, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-At least two (2) years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, or an analytical function, preferably at a startup or other fast-paced environment
-At least two (2) years of e-commerce experience, preferably working within the Amazon ecosystem
-Experience in strategic planning and business development including analytical skills, dashboarding/reporting, and process management
-Strong written and verbal presentation and organizational skills
-Intermediate or better Excel skills; pivot tables and vlookups are a must, advanced formulas and macros are a plus

-Proficiency in Amazon-related data platforms
-Experience with SellerCloud and NetSuite
-Proven history of working on and supporting international teams
