Technology Project Manager

Reformation is looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented Technology Project Manager with the ability to drive technology projects through their life-cycle, ensuring technical solutions are sound and aligned to business goals. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects through all stages of the implementation process. Collaborating with the Technology Solutions Managers, Engineers, cross-functional leaders, end-users and other vendor teams, the Technology Project Manager will lead formal requirements gathering sessions; manage scope and deliverables, obtain approval of requirements and oversee delivery of final product in the form of Technology Projects.

This position will report to the Director of Technical Solutions.


What You’ll Do:

  • Interview and communicate with senior leaders to understand the business goals and project requirements.
  • Organize kick off, planning and internal tech meetings for focused projects
  • Manage prioritizing and ensure completion of project tasks outlined for both tech and stakeholders – keep the team on task
  • Aiding in determining and enforcing deadlines
  • Translate business goals, user needs and process improvements to be easily understood by the development team
  • Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations
  • Anticipate and help resolve problems, bottlenecks, or scheduling conflicts
  • Manage detailed project flow in Jira, guiding sprints and monitoring burndown
  • Active contributor in scope and design sessions


What You’ll Need:

  • Skills for listening to others' needs, concerns and translating them into terms that people in a different area can understand
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Foster collaborative environment with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, QA, and operations.
  • Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish
  • Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully
  • Robust experience managing projects in Jira.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
