Edgecasts Strategic Program Management Office (PMO) is the Agile center of excellence and the connective tissue that helps orchestrate and support the efforts and initiatives across various functional verticals throughout the organization and is the centre of excellence for driving Business Agility. We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with a passion for building resilient, secure, highly-available services at scale leading with a Transformational Leadership mindset and looking for complex challenges to solve.
This role seeks a candidate that has a strong background in both program management and scrum agile practices, utilizing both skillsets to support aspects of acquisition or divestiture projects from transition planning to conclusion. The candidate will lead the accomplishment of project objectives through detailed planning, leveraging best practices, risk identification and mitigation, resource alignment, evaluation of priorities, precise communication and establishment of robust governance, progress reporting and escalation protocols. The role will also support managing our feature development and cross functional dependencies across our suite of Enterprise applications products and services. The project manager will be working in lock steps with the Product Team, Business Operations, Sales, Legal, Account Management and Enterprise application development teams in driving and executing on roadmaps, delivering value through the Quarterly Key Results process and using the Agile SAFe framework for tracking and managing day to day execution, making sure the teams are meeting the larger organizational business goals.
Responsibilities:

  • Provides overall Program Leadership for one or more acquisition/divestiture transactions
  • Serve as the Program Manager/Scrum Leader across multiple teams and drive delivery across the complete portfolio of Enterprise solutions (Salesforce, Netsuite, Data and Analytics)
  • Support the Business teams in delivery of integration and separation activities through involvement in project planning and initiation, execution and project closure
  • Drive the PMO-led SAFe quarterly planning Program Increment for the agile teams
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to complete the divestitures on time
  • Manages high-level timeline and detailed task list to execute against transaction commitments. Including but not limited to technology specific components of post-close integration/divestiture
  • Proactively manages risks/issues impacting transaction objectives/commitments, including escalation as appropriate
  • Partner with other teams across the organization driving engagements - addressing day to day plans with consultant leads, driving them to execute on Statement of Work deliverables


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in technical or business discipline or related experience
  • At least 4+ years of demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of complex initiatives and programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Possess one or more relevant project management certifications
  • Experience working within large, cross functional teams is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise financial applications, billing, revenue management, sales ops, or marketing
  • Knowledge of enterprise application tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce
  • Experience working within global acquisitions & divestitures and managing transition service agreements (TSAs).
  • Proven success in establishing structure and governance around complex multifaceted initiatives
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Experience using JIRA, Smartsheets, Confluence
  • Experience with SAFe Framework
