As a Talent, Onboarding and Integration Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with Stakeholders/Subject Matter Experts for assigned projects
  • Implement the framework and programs to onboard employees new to the FCE organization.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and integration and the execution of the FCE employee onboarding and integration strategy.
  • Coordinate aspects of a standardized onboarding and integration process; may include FCE new hire orientation, schedules, packets, infrastructure, programs, meetings, etc.
  • Facilitate key events for new hires as appropriate.
  • Partner across the organization to help build a positive employee experience in support of employee engagement
  • Assist with all Talent, Learning and Development related programs as requested (i.e programs related to the talent lifecycle)
  • Support organization by providing exceptional customer service
  • Leverage project and program management skills with key capabilities including identifying tasks, determining dependencies, identifying resource needs, communicating expectations, and ensuring progress against milestones.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in previous Onboarding, or Employee Services, or Business Operations, or Training or HR or Staffing related functions and project management.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Experience in:
    • Working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment while showing skills to manage excellent relationships with peers, employees, managers, business partners, and senior leaders.
    • Working and leading multi-cultural teams across multiple geographies and time zones in process improvement, and or change management, and or training, and or program management.
