About the Team

We are looking for an experienced Sustainability and ESG Program Manager to further our mission to deliver happiness, support our core value of care, and demonstrate our positive impact on our employees, customers, and global community. You will be a leader who will build awareness, incubate new ideas, implement a strategy, align and manage programs, report and communicate progress, and set goals to integrate the sustainability and ESG vision into Zoom's strategy, planning and value chain. You will report to the Head of Strategy and Operations for Finance & Workplace and work in close collaboration with leaders across the business.
About the Role

• Advance the sustainability and ESG strategy across the global business
• Provide guidance, recommendations, and support for priority projects and communicate progress
• Monitor the global regulatory environment related to sustainability and ESG performance and disclosures, as the internal sustainability and ESG subject matter expert
• Manage the implementation of science-based targets, establish policies, and develop organizational capabilities to support data collection and reporting
• Lead the annual sustainability and ESG reporting process, in consideration of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and any other disclosure requirements, with Investor Relations, Legal and others
• Build relevant metrics into planning and integrate these into current processes in the value chain
• Collaborate with the Workplace team to oversee the energy inventory across the global portfolio
• Work with the Sourcing team to understand vendors' programs and progress to lessen our footprint in consideration of Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions
• Partner with Social Impact, Communications and Marketing to build brand and reputation, present information through multiple channels, and incorporate sustainability into events
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to develop resources and respond to customer inquiries, RFPs, surveys, and ESG raters

About You

• Bachelor's or Master's in sustainability or related ESG disciplines, environmental sciences, engineering, real estate or finance
• Minimum 8 years of non-financial auditing, risk assessments/process assurance consulting, financial advising, capital markets, sustainability or ESG consulting or project management, corporate responsibility, change management
• Experience collaborating with diverse functions across a global organization
• Experience with renewable energy strategy, sourcing, carbon reduction, tracking and reporting
• Experience with common sustainability and ESG metrics, data collection methods and tools
• Knowledge of the global sustainability and ESG regulatory environment, reporting trends, and investor expectations for performance and disclosures
• Experience with a broad range of corporate environmental, social, and governance programs, including Science-based Targets and Net Positive Goals
• Experience engaging with ESG rating agencies, frameworks and systems (e.g. SASB, GCFD, GRI, and others)
• Experience creating assets and data-driven narratives for reports, presentations, publications, and social media
