Position Summary
1. Achieves profit maximization by managing development task goals(schedule, cost, quality, etc.).
2. Establishes development standards and improves processes to support efficient task progression.
3. Analyzes objective status through various indicators and identifies improvement items to promote development efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities
1. [Task management] Manage activities to establish a project development plan and decide overall management tasks to align with development goals and schedule.
2. [Process management] Examine whether it is appropriate to add or change a development process and decide system implementation and operation methodologies.
3. [Quality management] Manage activities to analyze development issues and market VOC (Voice of Customer), establish a response plan and manage quality status.
4. [Operational support] Manage activities to establish standards for management tasks and review analysis of the current status by using various indices and examine items to be improved.
Skills and Qualifications
• Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways• Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks• May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
