Sr. Business Process Engineer - PLM Project Management

Overview:
The Sr. Business Process Engineer for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Project Management will provide business and technical project leadership to plan and execute business projects specific to the Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Tools: Teamcenter, NX, Visualization, and Active Workspace.
NOTE : Hybrid Work Location: This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. This position requires an employee to be onsite as required for key meetings/workshops on a minimal basis.
Description - Specific
- Lead, develop, and implement project plans for PLM Business-owned projects using PLM PMO standard work and methods. Work closely with Senior Technical Integration Leads to define and prioritize work.
- Identify and prioritize business requirements for projects.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities with CAD Modeling, Visualization Techniques and PDM methods integrated globally and cross-functionally.
- Develop and document proposals for business standard work improvements based on customer requirements.
- Develop business requirements, value statements, and use cases based on customer input for projects as required.
- Develop and execute project plans with deliverables such as governance structure, timelines, work breakdown structures, testing and training plans, and implementation and production support plans.
- Direct process test efforts to pilot and deliver; this includes test case development and test strategies; create and execute test cases, and document and resolve issues.
- Work with global customers and technical experts to train users and deploy PLM processes and systems; develop training materials, arrange training sessions, deliver content, and document results.
- Resolve PLM issues, including a determination of root cause, impact assessments, and the development of a solution. Occasional end user support may be required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or related fields) OR 5 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in the Teamcenter, NX, and/or Visualization applications .
- Must have a minimum 3 years of experience as Project Leader and/or Project Manager.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, engineering, or manufacturing systems and/or processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business process/standard work development.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business processes (e.g., Design & Release, Data Management, Teamcenter/NX/Visualization/Active Workspace, Collaboration and/or Validation).
- Strong interpersonal (team) and communication (oral, written) skills to work effectively with global business, IT, suppliers, and technology partners to execute projects, solve problems and resolve issues.
- Ability to analyze and model difficult abstract problems using evidence-based methods.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Design for Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Design for Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Business Analyst experience
