Microsoft's Commerce+Ecosystem s organization seeks a seasoned technical program manager to research, define, design, plan & manage the end-to-end delivery of Azure-based online service technologies that support C+E's compliance obligations. Upon successful delivery, the technology solutions will be broadly adopted by C+E's online services: the set of Microsoft online services that enable & support commerce at Microsoft. Successful candidates have an opportunity to deliver immense business impact through their work in this space which will benefit virtually all organizations at Microsoft as well as Microsoft partners & investors.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

• Collect, define, capture and prioritize functional requirements that address specific business opportunities and painpoints
• Work closely with engineering team to design technology solutions that address functional requirements
• Review proposed solutions with stakeholders, garner support and approval for execution
• Build, review and execute an end-to-end delivery and adoption plan for solutions

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience working as a Technical Program Manager in a commercial software organization
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or 5+ years equivalent industry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience authoring functional specifications for online services (or features of online services)
• Demonstrated experience building & executing engineering plans end-to-end
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with partners to design, deliver and/or adopt a technology solution
• Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
• Passion, innovation, and creativity for cloud-based technologies
• Highly organized, with a systematic, strategic approach to problem solving and execution.
• Top notch collaboration skills with a demonstrated history of successfully driving large projects that span organizational boundaries
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) ITGC controls, compliance & security subject matter and experience is desirable, but not required
