Aleysian is a rapidly growing startup in the digital consulting space. We are looking for a creative and driven Consultant to lead and project manage SaaS implementations for our clients. We believe that the best consultants are people that are genuinely interested in learning and helping companies to succeed. We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience PMing in a consulting environment.

We are experts in helping our clients adopt and implement cloud solutions as the heartbeat of their business processes, allowing employees to maximize their production and effectiveness. Most of our engagements are performed remotely from our offices in Chicago’s loop.

Job Responsibilities

• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple stakeholders are assigned to the same project or program to ensure team actions remain collaborative
• Communicating with key stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change

Requirements

• 2-4 years PM experience in a consulting setting
• Willingness to learn in a rapidly moving environment
• Be results-oriented, able to be accountable for tasks and achieve objectives with minimal guidance
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, including experience with project management tools
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to work well both individually and within a team
• Comfort in working in a small company atmosphere at a fast pace
• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation
