Supports clients in gathering technical requirements and designing, configuring, developing, testing, and documenting Salesforce solutions. Writes Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components; builds integrations using MuleSoft, Celigo, and APIs; explores AI tools; creates training materials; and collaborates with consultants to validate solutions against business needs.

Supports client-facing Salesforce and AI implementations by gathering requirements, documenting processes, configuring and testing solutions, researching AI capabilities, and creating project documentation, training materials, and user guides. Collaborates with consultants and clients to ensure solutions meet business needs. This is an onsite Chicago internship for current college juniors graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Spring 2028.

Owns target-state architecture for Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations, translating business requirements into data, security, and automation designs. Leads discovery, solution design, architecture reviews, implementation teams, quality assurance, risk management, client communications, and project planning. Supports business development through solution definition, estimating, negotiation, and roadmap development. Requires deep Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ expertise, consulting leadership, client-facing communication, and up to 50% travel.

Design and deliver enterprise Salesforce technical solutions, create architecture and design documentation, enforce development best practices, mentor technical teams, advise clients, and oversee integrations and platform implementations.

Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements: manage scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and governance; translate technical designs into execution plans; own go-live and hypercare; build client relationships, mentor teams, and identify growth opportunities.

Senior leader accountable for a portfolio of enterprise technology engagements: ensure delivery quality, financial health, executive client relationships, escalation resolution, and account growth. Oversee engagement governance, validate SOWs and mobilization, partner on expansion, and drive delivery standards across multiple concurrent projects.

Design and deliver enterprise Salesforce architectures and integrations, lead technical delivery, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior engineers. Serve as trusted advisor to clients, produce technical design documentation, and manage environment, testing, and platform education.
