Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager will help teams plan and execute the vision for our clients through transformative technologies to solve real-world business problems with sound business principles. This position will lead teams in a collaborative environment, overseeing the creation of the Salesforce experience utilizing our robust process and services. The Senior Project Manager manage the end-to-end execution of projects with internal creative and development teams to deliver tangible value.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan, lead and control complex Salesforce projects and related personnel utilizing project methodologies and related tools to bring projects to successful completion, within scope, on time, and within budget
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects; adapting as necessary while working with key internal and external stakeholders to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives, and deliverables
  • Maintain prompt, proactive, and transparent communication with the client to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
  • Lead team and client meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and holding project team members accountable
  • Provide daily task coordination, action tracking and project evaluation
  • Leverage data to measure and monitor progress against commitments and provide transparency to project team
  • Coach clients on Agile practices and champion the right Agile frameworks based on the type of work
  • Use effective decision making to control risk and minimize uncertainty while being proactive through strategic thinking to strive to find new and innovative ways to deliver successful results
  • Implement streamlined, effective processes through change management
  • Work cross functionality to align on business initiatives and make sure all stakeholders are informed
  • Operate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology-focused project management
  • Preference of 1-2 years of experience working with Agile teams on technology projects
  • Experience managing and forecasting budgets
  • Experience working with Salesforce, highly preferred
  • Experience working with manufacturing clients is nice to have, but not required
  • Certification in Agile, Project Management, or Business Process Management, highly preferred (or willingness to achieve identified certification within first 12 months of employment)
  • Ability to provide attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion
  • Demonstrated success in leading multiple enterprise strategic projects from end-to-end
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-Level management
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, facilitation, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport through the various working styles of team members as well as clients
  • Ability to collaborate and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills as required
  • Required travel up to 20%
