We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proof of Concept (POC) Project Manager with experience in SaaS, restaurant operations, and accounting to lead the development and implementation of POC projects. The POC Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the POC process pre and post-sale, including defining project scope, setting project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking project progress.

How you'll add value:

  • Define project scope and objectives, including identifying key stakeholders and determining resource requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans as needed
  • Track project progress and report regularly to stakeholders
  • Facilitate decision-making processes and provide guidance to team members
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Leverage experience with SaaS, restaurant operations, and accounting to inform project decision-making and drive successful outcomes
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience (e.g. project management, business administration)
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on POC projects
  • Understanding of SaaS, restaurant operations, and accounting concepts and practices a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Monday or Asana
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies a plus
  • Travel up to 25%
