Position Role/Tile: Project Manager
Location: Ames, IA.

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project schedule and plans to monitor and track progress• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs through formal change control• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques• Report and escalate issues, risks and problems to management as needed• Manage the relationship with all internal and external stakeholders• Perform risk management to minimize project risks• Gathers and documents business requirements from multiple project stakeholders• Reviews and assists in creating technical requirements and designs• Assists in the creation and organization of project test plans• Coordinates and communicates all testing phases with developers and project stakeholders in multiple environments
