What You Would Do in This Role:

Define, document and track project requirements, implementation strategy, quality assurance, client user acceptance testing, deployment plan and post-project

Liaison between client and matrixed project team to ensure all business needs are continually aligned with project scope, timeline, and budget

Lead or contribute to the development of program or project scope in consultation with applicable stakeholders

Develop and implement effective and strategic business processes through research and analysis of data and business needs

Understand product roadmap and releases to identify impact to existing clients

Apply project lifecycle methodology and tools to drive project quality, meeting quality objectives, criteria, and standards.

Develop, monitor, and maintain applicable risk/issue logs (e.g., IRAAD). Identifying and prioritizing potential risks or issues timely throughout the project life cycle. As well as developing and implementing contingency and recovery plans when deliverables or milestones are missed.

Collaborate with product and operational teams to develop new or improve existing processes and services based on client/market needs

Monitor and document project milestones and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all project dependencies/linkages are identified and agreed upon by applicable stakeholders


What Qualifications & Skills You Need:

PMP Certification required

5+ years of Project Management Experience

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Strong influence, prioritization, adaptability, and multi-tasking skill

Adept in being able to understand and translate client needs and requirements

Comfortable with facilitating conversations and providing updates to key stakeholders/executive leadership

Strong collaboration skills

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability while maintaining control of project boundaries

Skilled at coaching and motivating project team to meet respective goals

Passion for new healthcare delivery technologies

  

What Qualifications & Skills We Prefer (But Are Not Required):

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field or  equivalent business experience

Proficiency with the Google Suite of Products

Experience in the Healthcare business

Experience in Provider Data

Experience in Credentialing Verification and/or Background Screening

Software Implementation Experience

PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Project work with Website/internet technologies

Client Support Experience
