The Project Manager position will work with functional groups to define, track, maintain and implement project scope, schedule, and budget. They will continuously monitor these items through project completion. The project manager is an integral part of the customer relationship on custom products.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage new product and/or sustaining projects in all phases of the product development/change process.
• Help define internal and external project milestones and clearly communicate necessary dates and scope of each milestone.
• Effectively own and run project meetings including any applicable action trackers.
• Help define and track changes to scope, schedule, and budget pertaining to each project.
• Create and maintain documentation to ensure all ISO requirements are met for the new product development process.
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders and project team members.
• Advocate for priority of your projects when necessary and identify scheduling conflicts that may impact your project.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum Bachelor of Science degree

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience

Skills

• Ability to tailor communication to your audience
• Out of the box thinker, problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work/function independently
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite
• General understanding of electrical circuits and software interactions
• Ability to be assertive and work up the chain of command as needed
