Senior hands-on finance leader managing day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, inventory, cost accounting, financial close). Drive DSO/DPO improvement, working capital, internal controls, and process automation/AI. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and execs to support margin improvement, forecasting, variance analysis, and scalable finance systems. Lead and develop finance operations team in a manufacturing environment.

Develop, release, and program software for production devices; design and implement test applications and automated testing frameworks for hardware validation; collaborate with hardware, software, and test engineers to define test strategies and validate ruggedized electronics for production.

Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts; analyze financial performance versus goals; build and maintain complex financial models and dashboards; assist month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, audits and SOX testing; partner with IT and business teams to translate data needs and promote data governance and data-driven decision making.

Design and develop HMI applications for in-vehicle displays. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-focused interfaces, integrate hardware/middleware, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to UI/UX and stakeholder communications throughout development.

Design, implement, and maintain Embedded, Desktop, and Cloud system modules using C/C++/C#. Collaborate with architects, estimate work, apply best practices, mentor engineers, and drive tooling and process improvements to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software.

Serve as customer-facing technical liaison to define, develop, test, and implement complex software and hardware applications. Provide product application and integration support, build technical documentation, perform installations, field testing across vehicle platforms, support sales and trade shows, and manage customer technical projects including hardware and software. Travel up to 75% required.

Develop and implement system modules for embedded, desktop, and cloud systems using C/C++/C#/multiple platforms. Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams, follow best practices, estimate work, cross-train across domains, and identify tooling improvements.

Manage and support key customer accounts, act as primary order point-of-contact, handle pre-sales quotes and forecasting, maintain CRM and business systems, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, drive customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

Provide application-focused support for embedded software platforms: build example code and demos, guide external developers on integration, diagnose issues, document solutions, and liaise with engineering to resolve customer problems and inform product backlogs.

Provide application support and example code for embedded display and controller platforms; integrate third-party UI frameworks; assist customers with development, troubleshoot software/hardware issues, create instructional content, and collaborate with engineering on fixes and feature requests.

Produce and manage video and multimedia content from concept through delivery, support digital marketing and graphic design, maintain brand consistency, and assist with events and trade shows to drive awareness and sales for the Electronics Segment.

Serve as the primary technical and business representative for assigned customers, driving revenue growth through solution-selling, product demonstrations, CRM-driven forecasting, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Support channel partners and OEMs, resolve technical issues, deliver presentations, and travel to customers and industry events up to 50% of the time.

Provide full-cycle HR support for the Electronics segment including recruiting coordination, onboarding and HRIS (Paycom) maintenance, leave administration (FMLA/ADA), compliance (I-9, audits), internal communications, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. Serve as primary HR contact and support projects and travel up to 25% to segment locations.

Support the Electronics marketing team by coordinating trade shows and branded materials, managing the company store inventory, assisting with content creation (basic design, copy, presentations), and providing administrative/project coordination and vendor support. Occasional on-site event support required.

Drive product-level cybersecurity compliance by implementing ISA/IEC 62443, ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155, and CRA practices. Integrate security into QIP and product lifecycle, maintain compliance artifacts and PSFs, lead threat modeling and vulnerability management, coordinate audits/certifications, and support customer and sales-facing cybersecurity communications.

Support daily accounts payable and general accounting tasks: process vendor invoices with three-way match, obtain approvals, prepare weekly payments, resolve debit memos, track purchase price variance, respond to supplier inquiries, and assist with reconciliations, audit support, and reporting.

Support financial and cost accounting and payroll reporting by maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts, preparing monthly journal entries, assisting with audits, managing fixed asset schedules, performing financial research and analyses, supporting tax reporting, and documenting policies and procedures.

Own multiple R&D and sustaining projects end-to-end across software, electrical, mechanical, supply chain, and manufacturing. Define, track, and maintain scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate cross-functional teams; communicate technical performance to customers; manage milestones, scope changes, ISO documentation, CAPEX requests, and stakeholder reports and presentations.

Design and layout multi-layer PCBs for rugged embedded systems. Optimize signal/power integrity and EMI/EMC, handle high-speed interfaces (DDR, USB, Ethernet, LVDS, MIPI), prepare fabrication and assembly documentation, conduct DFM/DFA reviews, and coordinate with manufacturers and hardware engineers to release production-ready boards.
