The Intel Legal Department is conducting a search for an experienced Project/Program Manager (PM) to run, innovate, and drive our toolkits program and support a world class legal operations team.

The PM will work closely with subject matter experts across Legal to create and maintain toolkits that make our colleagues' lives easier by offering guidance in a variety of unique subject areas. The PM will plan and oversee all toolkit projects to ensure they are communicated, supported and completed on time and within budget. In addition, the PM will monitor existing toolkits and work with stakeholders to ensure they are updated routinely and as necessary. Beyond toolkits, the PM will provide support for other legal education and strategic operations initiatives.

This role will report to the Director of Strategic Resource Operations, the team within Global Legal Operations managing outside counsel, legal professional outsourcing, business reviews, financial administration, legal education, training and toolkits, among other important functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Intake and manage toolkit resource requests
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts
  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Create project plans, schedules and timelines
  • Define tasks and designate required resources
  • Engage and manage project team
  • Prepare and manage budgets
  • Allocate project resources
  • Track deliverables
  • Communicate with stakeholders



Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or any related degree
  • 7+ years of experience in a project management role, including:
    • Proven track record of driving projects through the entire project lifecycle
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional SMEs and stakeholders



Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or related project management certification
  • Experience with playbooks, toolkits or similar resources
  • Experience facilitating education and training programs
  • Master's degree or related degree and 2+ years of experience in a project management role, in a large, matrixed legal organization

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
