ABOUT THE TEAM

The Program Manager will be involved in all aspects of Spend Management and Vendor Services product objectives. This will require collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams. The goal of this role is to ensure all product modules, releases, and service targets are being met. If not, what actions need to be taken to get projects back on track. #LIBW1 #LIRemote
WHAT YOU'LL DO

The individual will create specific go-to-market plans for product enhancements which will include packaging, positioning, training, and overall product readiness for internal and external clients. The goal is to work together on strategic product enhancements to drive adoption and create value for the customer while keeping internal goals and revenue targets on track. This position will require a highly motivated, self-starter, who is a superior problem-solver and can translate business strategy into actionable plans. The candidate will be viewed as a leader of the organization and will successfully drive leadership objectives across and through the organization while providing best practice leadership in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating independent work skills and strong work ethic. If additional actions are needed, this individual must review metrics and other indicator and act quickly.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Go-to-Market Programs: Help define, plan, and execute strategies for Spend and Accounting with a focus of newly implemented features in deep partnership with multiple teams.

Product Messaging: Develop, refine, and collaborate with product to implement high impact and differentiated positioning and messaging. Develop strategies to target accounts, markets, low adoption, and low sales leads. Must review "commonly sold with" products and implement campaigns internally and externally.

Ensure product specs., pricing, and internal protocols have been followed and updated

Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on solutions and product roadmap and be a central contact across other teams

Assist with internal/external training as needed

Ensure product presentations, flyers, launch materials, and campaigns are organized and completed

Enforce team goals and overall, 3-year plans across the groups

Contribute to thought leadership and campaign assets for our demand gen/social media efforts.

Launch new products enhancements, and act as the key central launch owner for several projects at a time, coordinating resources and responsibilities across your core team, and across different departments.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Takes personal responsibility for decisions, actions, and failures
  • Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives
  • Direct and manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle for projects that are business focused. and software development related projects
  • Create Program level transformation plans with to that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Define project scope, goals, risks and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated Change Management experience creating and driving change across an organization.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
  • Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization
  • Devising new programs that support the organization's objectives
  • Coming up with sustainable goals for the organization
  • Evaluating and assessing the programs' strengths and weaknesses
  • Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
  • Working with the marketing team to improve strategies

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 5+ years' experience in B2C and/or B2B marketing with 1-3 years of the experience in a product marketing specific function
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related degree
  • MBA preferred, but not required
  • You are a gifted storyteller who can succinctly and persuasively communicate complex ideas.
  • You are a pragmatic and practical self-starter; an outcomes-oriented person who can juggle multiple work streams.
  • Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams to deliver required results.
  • You are a great collaborator who likes bridging the gap between technical and client-facing teams.
  • You are an analytical yet creative thinker, and truly enjoy client-facing interactions.
  • You have a good understanding of the sales process for enterprise software and how best to support sales teams and equip them for success.
  • You thrive on challenge and take pride in being an excellent teammate.
  • You have a passion for growth, excellence, and continuous improvement of existing processes.
