FIS is seeking a Project Management Workfront Administrator to join our dynamic team.
The Workfront Administrator takes the lead responsibility for implementing processes within the Workfront system. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and advancement of Workfront, our workflow and project management tool. As duties grow, you may manage day-to-day projects in support of PMs within Corporate Marketing. Projects may be focused on marketing, sales, finance/accounting, legal, business planning, business operations, customer service or other non-technical subjects. Typically involves extensive interactions with cross-functional teams of various functional areas of the business.
What you will be doing
Performs administrative and management duties for Workfront including:
User profile management to validate that users have all appropriate settings
Report and dashboard management to support project managers, project teams and leadership; may include quarterly report and dashboard audits
Field and form management to support custom needs across teams and identify consolidation opportunities
Process and training standards to share knowledge and create training resources, host trainings for users within the Corporate Marketing organization
Troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with Workfront technical support
Project development and management to create, manage and audit project templates
Traffic management to support the existing project management team as needed
Plans and coordinates all aspects of non-technical projects from initiation through delivery
Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles
Coordinates activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope
Assigns and monitors work of project team, providing analytical support and direction
Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement

Has general understanding of principles in project management
2-3 years of experience in some type of marketing or project management related role
Ability to manage a fast-paced project management environment with shifting priorities
