Job Description Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to track significant initiatives and projects that require support & engagement from multiple products & product teams. Provide coordination, share information, and monitor progress toward goals and benchmarks.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for collaboration and efficiency across organizations, fostering clear and concise communications flow, working quickly to resolve complementary issues and partner on similar projects
  • Ability to work effectively with team members across global locations and time zones
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic professional environments. Self-starter with proactive approach, excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Able to work on various topics in parallel, showing a strong capacity for learning
  • Experience with supporting an organization's budgeting, forecasting, and resource management needs
  • Possess an understanding of project and program management standards and methods
  • Practical hands-on experience with product delivery via Agile methodologies; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
  • Excellent written communications skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to forge relationships, indirectly lead, and gain consensus on process
  • Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills; sound judgment and strong collaborative decision-making skills
  • Proficient with data analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
