The Global Servicing Learning Network (GSLN) is responsible for creating and delivering successful learning and development programs across Global Services Group (GSG). We partner closely with Global Talent Acquisition (GTA), the Colleague Experience Group (CEG) and our business partners to ensure we identify, hire, develop and retain top talent within the organization. We support over 20,000 colleagues across the globe in 9 languages and 20+ markets.

This position is in the Colleague Development Strategy Team. The team currently run development programs within the Global Servicing Group, including, but not limited to, Summer Internship Programs, and Internal Talent Programs. Additionally, the team are also responsible for acting as the Project Management Office (PMO) for the group's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is a blend of project management and strategy development. You will be managing and coordinating projects within the team, to evolve and develop our Colleague Development programs as we create our long-term strategy, as well as act as the project coordinator for our central Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts.

The Project Analyst, Colleague Development Strategy will work closely with the Director, Colleague Development Strategy and the Program Managers across the US and UK, as well as with our business partners to design and execute our program strategy, as well as key project coordination activities for the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion project.

The role will deliver against these key focus areas:

  • Own the project plan, status updates, stakeholder mapping, timelines, meeting coordination and actions for the Global Servicing Group Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Project Management Office, and other strategic projects
  • Prepare presentation decks and status updates for key stakeholders at all band levels, and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Develop, support, coordinate and implement strategies to deliver high quality initiatives aligned to strategic business objectives
  • Foster a culture of belonging across GSG by ensuring you have a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in everything you do
  • Collaborate and partner across all functional areas, business partners and outside parties to ensure cohesive project outputs
  • Conduct research, information gathering and assessment to support strategic solutions and activities

  • A keen self-starter, open to change and comfortable with some level of ambiguity
  • Project management or project coordination skills/experience preferred; comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, and managing a project plan
  • Clear communicator with the ability to prepare presentations and present key messages effectively to senior leadership, and excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to influence across the organization
  • A strong collaborator and team player
  • Flexible and responsive to rapid change; ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting responsibilities and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departmental and geographic boundaries
  • Utilizes networks inside and out, to build knowledge and identify best practices
  • Ability to analyze data from a variety of sources to identify trends
  • A creative thinker who can combine best practices with new ideas aligned with broader strategies and business objectives
  • Comfortable with working in a virtual environment
