The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary delivery, partnering with project managers and producers from across The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) specialisms to identify and manage interdependencies and drive consistency and efficiency for the client.

Working into the Client Engagement team, the Program Manager will also ensure adherence to client brand guidelines, working practices and regulatory compliance; while maintaining positive internal and client relationships.

TCEG is an unusually shaped communications group that creates experiences that inspire lasting change. We partner with clients to provide employee engagement, learning & training solutions, scientific engagement and capability building, all underpinned by applied behavioral science. We engage internal and external audiences through the creation and delivery of live & virtual experiences, film, digital, and immersive content.

This specific role will support a major cross-functional delivery for Pharmaceutical Congress.

What will you be doing …

Program management

  • Rapidly assimilating an understanding of varied but inter-related workstreams spanning virtual & live exhibition delivery, staff training, medical content development and logistics.
  • Partnering with project leads in each area to develop and manage a holistic project plan, identifying and managing interdependencies.
  • Leading internal and/or external meetings (eg, kick-offs, project status, project debriefs) for assigned program, including the capturing and communication of pertinent information (eg, key takeaways, action items)
  • Participating in resourcing discussions, identifying efficiencies across the program
  • Serving as an internal champion for process and workflow cross-functionally

Client servicing

  • Interfacing with clients
  • Support the Account Director by ensuring communications are streamlined and synchronized across workstreams
  • Ensuring project scopes and budgets are consistent with client contractual requirements, SLAs etc

Financial Management (for assigned projects)

  • Tracking program budgets within our system (ProCim)
  • Monitoring/managing budgets and ensuring profit margins are being met
  • Alerting client services of scope creep in a timely manner
  • Coordinating reconciliation and invoicing per project milestones and completion

Administrative and additional tasks as may be required

What do you need to have …
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience within an agency environment  
  • Fluency creating and modifying project timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work to and within deadlines and juggle multiple projects
  • Proven ability to rally teams of all seniority and experience around mutual objectives
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and resourceful in navigating to solutions
  • Strong administrative and organization skills, including ability to multi-task
  • Keen attention to detail, ability to prioritize responsibilities and work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
  • Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with Congress in particular
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.  Box and Smartsheet preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed, including weekends
