Job Description:
The Professional Services Program Manager (PgM) will be responsible for the delivery of complex multi-month programs including: Instructor Led Training, Workforce Transformation and Platform Value services. We serve as the single point of contact for the customer and work closely with internal teams and resources vital to ensure the successful delivery of each program. We contribute to the development of processes and procedures for program delivery vital to scale the delivery of professional services programs.
Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the successful delivery of complex multi-month Professional Services programs
  • Build the customer relationship during the program delivery phase; earn the trust and confidence of all partners
  • Maintain and communicate program status to all applicable collaborators
  • Anticipate and resolve issues and challenges that could derail or delay program delivery
  • Negotiate outcomes that mutually benefit both internal and external parties
  • Critically evaluate procedures and processes to find opportunities to streamline, automate and improve processes toward consistently repeatable delivery with an ability to scale with future growth
  • Ensure programs meet budgetary expectations and profitability goals
  • Conduct program retrospective analysis and transition the customer to the Account Management Team at the end of the program
  • View delivery through the lens of the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for all parties involved

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years professional experience in project/program management
  • Professional Services delivery experience is beneficial
  • PMP certification is a plus

  • Possess a good level of initiative and judgment, and be comfortable making decisions when required
  • Able to see the big picture and break complicated workflows into manageable pieces
  • An efficient and effective communicator
