As a Program Manager, Revenue Excellence, you will be an instrumental part of the Bandwidth Revenue Operations team by optimizing go-to market efforts by streamlining processes within different parts of the global revenue engine. You will lead cross-functional projects working closely with internal Bandwidth departments such as Sales, Billing, Finance, Product, Marketing and Operations to interface and present the Enterprise Systems team with consolidated and aligned requirements in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase deal velocity in a mix of quick wins and long term initiatives.
  • Align stakeholders across multiple functions to implement efficiencies in the customer journey and provide comprehensive documentation in line with RevOps best practice such as A3 Lean Canvas / requirements documents with data / process charts etc.
  • Can effectively align the business to MVP (minimum viable processes) before prioritizing to implement long term solutions
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Systems to support prioritization of the commercial tech stack roadmap.
  • Establish the prioritization framework for the commercial queue of work / requests. 
  • Collaborate with Analytics to establish revenue engine KPI efficiencies that can be tracked and monitored
  • Establish the data hygiene standards, policies and processes and partner with key stakeholders such as Enablement and Analytics to ensure these are adopted.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior Salesforce.com prior experience required.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and aligning multiple business stakeholders to a shared vision.
  • Experience working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Operation or Product teams.
  • Experience servicing internal stakeholders and building successful relationships.
  • Knowledge of documentation of processes and process mapping.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent personal motivation with a proven ability to build and work collaboratively in a strong team concept environment, and independently.
  • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and can adjust to changing demands or priorities.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
