This contract position will provide project management expertise to GRAIL’s Security teams, ensuring all security and diligence review. This role will work with collaborators, including Security, Privacy, Compliance, Software, Finance, Facilities, and Commercial collaborators. Candidate will partner with product/project management and Security team members to optimize process efficiency and execution. You Will:
- Act as single point of contact and owner for all inbound security review and/or diligence requests across the GRAIL org
- Communicate clearly and punctually with collaborators regarding the status and content of inbound security and/or diligence requests
- Maintain an internal and dynamic knowledge base of approved statements to assist in the timely completion of such requests, including quarterly reviews for accuracy
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the inbound security review process, including documentation and training as needed
Your background should include:
- Minimum of a BA/BS in a related field such as math, computer science, or engineering is required. CISSP, CCSP, CISA, or CRISC certificates are a plus but not a requirement.
- You will have 3-5 years of direct experience on a functional Security team, especially in the device/diagnostic/biotech industry. Experience interacting with Legal (e.g. Privacy, Compliance, and Regulatory) teams as it relates to security is desired.
- You will also be familiar with the relevant domains of laboratory operations and software, especially as it relates to Security and Privacy activities, policies, certifications, audits, etc.
- Previous experience establishing security review protocols is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop important relationships with customers and key collaborators, good conflict leadership skills
- Results and diligent; self-motivated, ability to work with minimal direction

For Colorado-based applicants, the actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
