Job Summary

Responsible for leading Transformational Programs across the enterprise. The Transformational Program Lead reports directly to the head of the Project Management Office. The PMO leads and provide oversight of the organization's strategic initiatives, thereby providing the enterprise with assurance that the desired business value of the initiatives are achieved.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Accountable for providing end-to-end project management services for Transformational Program execution and delivery
  • Accountable for the identification and mitigation of risks and issues for the program
  • Accountable for a effective communication strategy for program
  • Financial management for the program
  • Lead project managers and scrum masters accountable for delivery of workstreams for the program
  • Lead project managers and scrum masters of vendors accountable for delivery of workstreams for the program
  • Lead implementation and monitoring of efficiency improvements within the program
  • Empower teams by contiguously defining and expanding green zone


Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related business discipline


Recommended Education and/or Certifications

  • Program (PgMP) and Project Management (PMP) certification
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • ITIL V3 Foundations
  • ITIL V4 Foundations (Preferred)
  • Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt)


Required Work Experience

  • 7+ Years experience leading large and or transformational programs
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background


Salary Band: 07C

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in Indiana as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
