Principal Technical Program Manager-Remote
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with extensive work experience in data analytics, digital insights, or market research domains. As a technical program manager, you will drive program outcomes, lead cross-functional coordination, streamline cross-team dependencies, build enterprise program dashboard and provide clear communication and collaborations with stakeholders and functional teams. you will work closely with multiple teams across the company to ensure the scope of work, timelines, and impacts of the projects are clear to all stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct project planning, strategic alignment, and facilitate cross-functional decision making.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineer leaders to proactively identify and manage cross-team and cross-domain dependencies.
- Define success metrics to measure business outcomes. Build an enterprise program dashboard.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align priorities. Build schedules and plans accordingly.
- Provide overall status report to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Provide ongoing visibility into the progress, risks, and timeline against committed deadline.
- Proactively identify and analyze risks. Work closely with teams to mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with other project managers and technology leaders to design and implement standardized processes. Drive and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Exercise solid program leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills
- May also lead and manage a team. Coach & mentor team members.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale projects on time with good quality.
- Extensive experience with tools such as Atlassian JIRA & Confluence, Asana, and Microsoft Project, etc.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or work experience equivalent demonstrated
- 8+ years technical program management experience involving business, operational, and technology deliverables.
- 4+ years working experience in Data Analytics, Digital Insights or Market Research industries.
- 2+ years of work experience programming in Java, Python or other computer programming language preferred
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies. Experience in tailoring Agile methodologies to drive for engineering efficiency
- PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent demonstrated
