We are looking for a Manager II, Technical Project Management to add to our Global Tech Organization. If you enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment and influencing the strategic direction of a large global organization, this position will provide you with a challenging opportunity.
About the Data Strategy and Insights Organization:
Our organization focuses on managing and delivering world-class data assets, including creating and maintaining data standards, driving policy compliance, creating partnerships, and developing pipelines and self-service tools. We empower our business to leverage data to fuel growth, driving revenue in our core and building new business model opportunities.
Data Maturity Team:
As part of the Enterprise Data Maturity Acceleration team, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference by being a part of Technical Program Management team that helps in building best shopping experience for Walmart Customers at our Stores and online. Here you are also required to continuously innovate to lower the development cost, provide greater value to the business and provide best experience to our Business partners and Customers.
About Global Walmart Enterprise Data Maturity Acceleration Team:
The Enterprise Data Maturity Acceleration Team focuses on the fundamentals of Enterprise Data Maturity-empower our business to leverage data to fuel growth, driving revenue in our core and building new business model opportunities. Our journey to Data Maturity requires Walmart to elevate the level of active leadership, move at a faster pace, include employees in decision-making, and ingrain new behaviors. For the Global Data Organization, this team will establish and lead our data culture and ecosystem challenged to deliver Data Maturity Model (DMM) innovation at scale balanced with operational frameworks to ensure consistent performance.
You'll make an impact by:

• Developing, executing, and improving action plans
• Implementing agile practices
• Managing multiple, medium complexity data projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives
• Provides and supports implementation of business solutions
• Build relationships with business partners, cross functional teams, and stakeholders
• Adapt to competing demands and prioritizing workload
• Model compliance with company policies and procedures that supports the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years' experience
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills
