This role oversees and coordinates the various strategic initiatives across the Business Operations Cast Enablement and Empowerment organization. Areas include Talent Development, Resource Management, Workplace Management, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. This is a highly collaborative role where partnership and relationships with key stakeholders will be vital.
Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Manage programs and cross-project initiatives
  • Lead planning workshops
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams
  • Track allocated budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Work with leaders to identify risks and opportunities across multiple connected work threads
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Develop presentation updates showing program status and metrics


Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Strategic thinker with advanced analytical skills and ability to drive ideas into action
  • Solid understating of project and program management principles
  • Comfort level with complex, matrixed organizations containing a certain amount of ambiguity
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The position requires frequent communication with executives, colleagues, and partners in several different geographic locations and time zones
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-organized, committed to quality, and capable of tracking multiple issues simultaneously
