Lead Technology Initiatives Program Manager

This role oversees and coordinates the various strategic initiatives across the Business Operations Cast Enablement and Empowerment organization. Areas include Talent Development, Resource Management, Workplace Management, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. This is a highly collaborative role where partnership and relationships with key stakeholders will be vital.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Manage programs and cross-project initiatives
- Lead planning workshops
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams
- Track allocated budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with leaders to identify risks and opportunities across multiple connected work threads
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for senior leaders and stakeholders
- Develop presentation updates showing program status and metrics
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Strategic thinker with advanced analytical skills and ability to drive ideas into action
- Solid understating of project and program management principles
- Comfort level with complex, matrixed organizations containing a certain amount of ambiguity
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The position requires frequent communication with executives, colleagues, and partners in several different geographic locations and time zones
- Must be detail-oriented, self-organized, committed to quality, and capable of tracking multiple issues simultaneously
