The Revenue Core Functions Team is the backbone of the Revenue team and keeps the entire organization running smoothly. As a member of this team, you will act as a force multiplier on the implementation side of an already rapidly-scaling startup, enabling a business that is already exceeding growth targets to expand even faster. You'll own the first hand-off after a customer signs up with Human Interest. You will guide them through the implementation process, ensuring that customers are engaged and happy. Process-driven and people-focused - you are organized, friendly and flexible. And no joke, we go 24,791 mph, so you should be comfortable with change.
What you get to do every day
- Support a successful implementation by collecting company and bank information from new clients
- Proactively reach out to clients to book the set-up call
- Obtain prior recordkeeper documentation and work with the Quality Control team to conduct benefits analysis
- Work cross-functionally within our organization (specifically with operations and sales) to make sure customer needs are met
- Drive processes forward, managing internal and external stakeholders to keep our customers engaged, happy, and on-track
- Identify potential areas for process improvement to help the team scale
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring to the role
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial or retirement industry preferred - i.e. account management, onboarding, sales
- Working knowledge of the 401(k) product. Experience within 401(k) Implementation is a bonus
- You thrive being a part of a team
- A “people person” who truly enjoys interacting with clients and can communicate difficult concepts fluidly
- A strong work ethic, proactively following up with our customers and keeping them on track
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth software company where change is a constant
- Meticulous attention to detail - rarely making typos and noticing discrepancies that others would miss
- Ability to manage a queue of plans of your own and also be a contributing member of the implementation core team
