Implementation Consultant, Managed Services
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant, Managed Services to join our Professional Services team. The Implementation Consultant, Managed Services will lead the functional design for our Managed Services implementations. Your day to day (Responsibilities) Lead functional discovery sessions in conjunction with Solution Engineers and Solution Architects to confirm understanding and documentation of clients' current state workflows Partner with client to issue recommendations around future state workflow possibilities given short-term vs long-term client priorities, goals, use cases, requirements, technical infrastructure/limitations, and timeline Collaborate with appropriate members of Services, Product and Engineering teams as needed to confirm feasibility of future state workflow recommendations prior to SOW execution Drive alignment across business, technical and compliance/data privacy/legal requirements Present future state recommendations, highlighting any feature enhancement requests/current product gaps, during internal Solution Review prior to inclusion of any workflow documentation in SOW Assist in level of effort, timeline, resource plan determination with Eightfold SOW team Facilitate the internal transition between pre-sales teams and Services team Coordinate with Engagement Manager on scheduling discovery calls and confirming agenda/roles & responsibilities Lead Discovery portion of Managed Services configuration and monthly strategy calls Amend workflows as needed and determine the need for Change Management in coordination with the Customer Success Executive. Clearly document any workflow changes with confirmed internal and external buy-in Leads the Functional Design and Non Coding Configuration Remain available as a consultative resource throughout the Implementation process Drive continuous feedback loops cross-functionally to communicate best practices/lessons learned Works with internal teams to share customer feedback about future enhancements Must haves: 3+ years of experience in software implementations Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Nice to haves: 5+ years of experience in management consulting, functional consulting, professional services, customer success, or delivery roles Experience with ATS/HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Taleo or other talent/recruitment management software platforms Experience with technical projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills
