Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Customer Experience team, located in Phoenix, AZ (open to remote). As a Customer Experience Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to have a key role in leading our customer experience transformational journey. Customer Experience is a function within our Corporate Marketing organization which includes brand, sustainability, public relations and demand generation. This position reports to the Head of Customer Experience and is responsible for effectively delivering business results by championing a culture of customer centricity. Your work as a day-to-day CX program leader will collaborate across regions, functions and departments to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility and successful delivery of cross functional customer experience initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to oversee the implementation of our CX platform and recommend optimal business processes to maximize how data will be used by our teams to drive customer outcomes. You will lend thought leadership by collaborating with deployment leads in establishing business level leading indicator CX metrics in addition to partnering with deployment leads on communication messaging/change management within functional teams.

Performance Objectives:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
  • Create, maintain, and educate organization on customer journey maps and its use in delivering WOW customer experiences.
  • Define simple and effective processes for working with customer experience stakeholders, minimizing delays and ensuring timely communications across the organization.
  • Establish and document CX governance processes.
  • Consult, coach and develop functional SMEs in the art of CX data analytics and survey creation in order to drive work that aligns business goals and outcomes.
  • Apply analysis based on in-depth research and interpretive thinking to recommend solutions to improve CX.

Requirements :
  • 8-10 years experience leading complex B2B cross functional marketing/customer experience programs.
  • Highly adaptable and agile in fast paced hyper growth environment, able to thrive with ambiguity and exhibit a high degree of initiative.
  • Worked closely with a breadth of roles from digital commercial delivery teams, UX, QA, Product managers to legal, marketing, sales and customer service for purposes of delivering WOW experiences throughout the customer journey.
  • 5 years experience with Martech tool administration, Customer Journey Mapping and Customer Analytics Measurement/Reporting NPS, CSAT, CES, CLV.
  • Strong organizational skills with deep understanding of program management principles for planning, monitoring and reporting on enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) in managing virtual work teams.
