About the team:

Robinhood is hiring a Program Manager to support the Brand Strategy team! This team is responsible for developing strategy, planning processes, owning creative concepting, and executing on campaigns in collaboration with design and marketing teams. This requires close collaboration with groups internal and external to the larger brand and marketing functions.

The Brand Program Manager will be the quarterback of operations, organization, and execution of Robinhood's Brand Strategy team. This person will shepherd overall processes by managing workflows, communicating roadblocks, and continuously keeping the pulse on ways to improve the team's operations. They will be responsible for assigning projects and related tasks to enable workflows and keep teams accountable for on-time, on-budget, and on-brand work. They will partner directly with the Director of Brand Strategy to plan the future of team's growth and project roadmaps and will also make sure everything is running like clockwork and that our creatives, producers, strategists, and agency partners are set up to make the best work possible for our customers.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Develop complex project plans and own day-to-day management of internal and external-facing brand initiatives including: requirements gathering, planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and communication coordination of teams and approval processes through all phases of implementation
  • Ensure projects remain visible to stakeholders and learn about their perspectives and challenges, while maintaining a big-picture vantage point at all times
  • Simultaneously anticipate and mitigate problems as they arise and communicate updates on progress, delays, and implications to relevant stakeholders
  • Work with leadership to establish a scalable operating model to drive process efficiencies and simplification and to champion a culture of trust and clarity
  • Provide the team with the resources, information, and processes required to support new initiatives (training, playbooks, documentation, resolution paths, FAQs, etc)
  • Onboard, coordinate, and cultivate relationships with both internal partners and external vendors and agencies
  • Establish and own planning processes, budgeting (with finance), reporting, and communications cadences

About you:

  • 5-7 years of experience in program or project management, product operations, or consulting role that worked closely with brand, marketing, or other creative teams
  • Deep experience partnering with and supporting creative teams in an agency or brand environment
  • Excellent communication, project, and time-management skills with an ability to learn quickly and accommodate rapid change
  • Able to organize information quickly and at a high level in order to address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward, keeping in mind the quality of the work and giving it room to develop
  • You are an inventive and enthusiastic problem solver, at ease with working in a dynamic organization
  • You understand digital and video asset creation and approval cycles
  • Able to work independently and have a strong sense of ownership

Bonus points:

  • Experience and/or interest in working at a fast-paced financial services company
  • Experience working with Airtable and/or Coda
