Overview

Fidelity's Healthcare Group is launching a new Medicare business that will provide our customers with tools and advice to help them select and purchase quality Medicare coverage. The Team

Fidelity Medicare Services (FMS) seek a Scrum Master who has hands-on experience applying Scrum Master skills with background in systems analysis or CRM tools such as Salesforce. If you have a passion for crafting products and services and continuous improvement and facilitate discussions between the product, technology team that make lives better, a career in Fidelity Medicare Services may be right for you!
The Expertise We are Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in a scrum master role in Software Development
  • Experience using JIRA & Jira Align/AgileCraft
  • Experience in Systems Analysis is a plus
  • Experience in CRM/Salesforce is a plus
  • Leadership mentality and empowers others to do their best work
  • Effective facilitator who can actively listen, remain neutral, ensure all voices are heard and ask open ended questions
  • You're an agile enthusiast who can mentor others and has a knowledge and/or experience with multiple frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Spotify, etc.
  • A change agent who advocates for continuous improvement and is Innovative, Analytical and a Strategic Problem solver
  • Possess superb communication and people-interaction skills, and can collaborate and partner with others within and outside the team
  • Experience leading an Agile team; Scrum Master Certification, a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer Science or related field

  • You will use strong analytical skills and your ability to tackle issues and work through ambiguous situations by making timely decisions based on facts, knowledge, experience and judgment.
  • Conduct formal and informal presentations in various settings; one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, and senior management.
  • Communicate effectively with and to influence team members and external groups.
  • Exhibit your strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
