We’re looking for a passionate, talented Agency Enablement Program Manager to join our Activation & Enablement team remotely but with flexibility to meet in NYC for in-person client activations. Our team is committed to building engaging programs and experiences aimed at helping partners harness the collective power of communities with Reddit Ads.

As a trusted enablement expert, you will play a vital role in partnering closely with our Agency Development, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to define how we’ll inspire and educate our agency partners. 

You’ll serve as the connective tissue representing the voice of our agency partners and our product teams. You’ll be responsible for a variety of programs from in-person sessions, on-demand learning, playbooks, and communications aimed at driving action and adoption. 

What You’ll Do:

• Partner closely with the Agency Development team to establish priorities for partner education and support partnerships 
• Develop in-person/ virtual experiences to scale education for our partners
• Amplify our existing agency certification program and explore the development of agency-related courses and resources
• Partner with Business Marketing to optimize agency onboarding on our Ads Platform
• Establish best-in-class methods to provide ongoing communication to inspire agencies and keep Reddit top of mind
• Identify creative ways to empower agency partners to incorporate Reddit Ads into their media mix
• Partner closely with Business marketing to develop enablement materials specific for our agency partners
• Partner with Product Marketing to continuously enhance how we go to market with new product launches for agency partners
• Execute a blend of training methods to maximize learning retention and scalability (i.e., hands-on workshops, on-demand courses, live virtual sessions, simulations, playbooks)
• Support workstream for program metrics and effectively assess program impact/success 

What We Can Expect From You:

• Must have demonstrated expertise in digital/social media advertising and prior product education experience
• Worked in a fast-paced environment, such as a start-up or an agency
• Have a knack for simplifying complex subject matter
• Passionate about deeply understanding your customers; you are exceptional at listening, a master of asking open-ended questions, conducting interviews, and synthesizing feedback
• Experience in developing on-demand and in-person learning experiences utilizing user-centered design principles 
• Strong analytical skills to assess the root cause of the problem and develop the appropriate solution 
• You have a passion for the written word and content creation 
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong collaborative spirit, open to diverse perspectives, and new ideas
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Strong ability to analyze, interpret and act upon data
• Genuinely likes helping others and has a service-oriented mindset
