ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

OVERALL ROLE


Working within a team to ensure timely deployment of new platform called Horizon into the business and as Project Lead being a point of contact for all key stakeholders. The role will have responsibility for ensuring that project plan and all key activities are scheduled and delivered as per program and within budget. The role will focus on ensuring that each workstream is scheduled, planned and delivered on time and that the activity is delivered at its best possible level of cost and operating efficiency. The role will help the wider team to set up, implement and develop new business service line in JLL and therefore enable business to scale up.


High level responsibilities:

Accountable for all aspects of project management including planning, project set-up, governance set-up, scope management, resource management, RAID management, status reporting, financial management and delivery of agreed outcomes on time and to budget. Being a champion of the change. Client facing role.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles and Responsibilities:
 
  • Monitor overall project deliverables and track status, including schedules and milestones
  • Ensure that project deliverables are completed and posted on the designated repository
  • Manage necessary follow-ups and/ or coordination with stakeholders, including all required documentation, or next action
  • Effectively communicate project-related information to stakeholders
  • Provide support in all business-related activities, including preparation and compilation of project updates, documents, presentation materials underscored by accuracy
  • On an on-going basis, gauge possible project risks and notify applicable parties
  • Support the global transition process for both internal and external clients
  • Support continuous improvement committee when survey results fall below required minimum target score
  • Organize meetings and handle logistics as necessary
  • Perform official tasks that may be assigned by immediate Manager
  • Cooperate and support Service Delivery Leads and operational teams in terms of business-as-usual activities and internal initiatives
  • Overall Management of ProLease to support EMEA onboarding to this platform and global transitions (as required). This includes but not limited to;
    • Establishment of programs
    • Manage queue requirements
    • Management of licenses
    • Manage timesheet requirements
    • Transition support including managing updates and changes to program plans
    • Managing client reporting and dashboards
    • Work with regional/global team to identify enhancements
    • Develop reports for business use (e.g. KPIs)
    • Conduct trainings to transition team

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:  KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Ideal Experience

  • Degree in project management, with a minimum of 3 years post degree working experience in either a consulting or contracting organisation.
  • Professional Qualification of recognized body in Project Management discipline: Prince 2, MSP, other Project Management Qualification
  • Has experience working in the Financial Services
  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
  • Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
  • Budget management and financial analysis skills
  • Experienced in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft project desirable.
  • Acts as leadership role model for Jones Lang LaSalle by behaving consistently with cultural requirements
  • Set stretch targets for self to achieve maximum team performance

  • Able to make difficult decisions and resolve problems or improve operations.
