The Supervisor – Mechanical will lead and oversee the construction delivery phase of renewable energy projects, including thermal, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind farms, solar photovoltaic (PV) plants, and hybrid energy projects. This role requires a hands-on and practical leader with extensive experience managing complex mechanical aspects of construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll do as Project Mechanical Supervisor:
- Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities for renewable energy projects (thermal, BESS, wind, solar, hybrid) from mobilization through to commissioning.
- Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to maintain positive relationships and ensure project requirements are met.
You'll have; - Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a mechanical supervisor or similar role in renewable energy projects, specifically in thermal, BESS, wind, solar, and hybrid systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices related to renewable energy infrastructure.
- Experience managing mechanical teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Qualifications: Mechanical or similar required and Project Management desired.
- Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
